Messy church

Messy Church is tomorrow,  Tuesday 10th December on the theme of Christmas. We will be in the Centre, but will go into Church for the talk 4-4.30 so you can have a look at the nativity and the big Christmas trees. Then we will return to the Centre for a hot meal.

You will also be able to collect your Christmas baubles which decorated the Messy Church Christmas tree.

Email Messy Church for more information.

Meetings

On every second Tuesday at 3:30 pm
for 1 hour, 30 minutes.

You can stay for an hour or you can stay for longer. Crafts, games, then a story, a song, something to eat, and a prayer.

The focus is on adults and children doing things together. There is a creche corner for anyone who brings under 4’s with them and there’s a hot meal offered to all adults and children without charge.

In March or April we always meet on Good Friday. In 2024, there will be a Messy Church in August.

Little church on Thursday

Every Thursday at 10 am for 1 hour.

It’s little church for little people. But big people are also very welcome!
We meet every week for a very relaxed kids event. The aim is to have fun, share in and learn about the Christian faith.

We start with a song, then a story, a craft or play activity, short prayers and more singing.

Everyone is welcome – mums, dads, carers, granddads, grandmothers – anyone who would like to bring a child ages 0-4 during term time.

After they start school, children are welcome to continue to attend in school holiday time, and at these times, older brothers and sisters may come too.

There is always time for a chat and juice, tea or coffee. There are plenty of older adults on hand to help you have a really stress free morning.

During school holidays children of all ages are welcome to come along.
